A number of environmentally friendly aspects of the tower are:
- The façade will open to allow fresh air into the building and reduce the air conditioning consumption. It will also provide daylight and what is called external awareness, both are spatial qualities that should improve the productivity of the building’s inhabitants.
- The mechanical ventilation system will be decentralised and the particular floor demands will be supplied as needed, reducing in this way a great amount of energy in comparison with centralised systems.
- The building will use gas as its primary fuel. >>>
