Swiss-Re will be the major occupier of the building’s floor space while the remaining area will be rented out. The base and top of the building are quite predictable. Following the by now standard practice of North-American office high-rises, the tower will have at ground level a double height lobby with commercial space. The top is much more special, since the building ends with a conic shape (The top of the building is free of most of the usual mechanical equipment, thanks to its well-thought environmental design). This conic space will offer facilities for private events and a restaurant, of course with 360-degree views. Unfortunately, these premises will be private and for the moment there is no sign of these rules from changing. >>>
